Local Pages giveaway

 LocalPAGES is giving away several surf and skate-related prizes from their partners ZJ Boarding House (a mom and pop skateboard shop in Santa Monica), Xtreme SoCal (Santa Clarita-based extreme sports speciality shop), and several others. Entry into the weekly drawing is simple, requiring only a "like" endorsement on theLocalPAGES Facebook fan page. Other opportunities exist to receive more entries, with a final grand prize drawing on August 26 to receive a Dog Town complete skateboard from ZJ Boarding House, a 4 foot grind box from Liberty Skate, and an Arbor Mission longboard complete from Purple Skunk Board Shop.

LocalPAGES has provided us with two jam-packed introductory "Xtreme Sports Lesson Package" courtesy of Xtreme Sports SoCal. Each lesson package offers a chance to experience the sub-culture of extreme sporting in Los Angeles through five instructional sessions: Warm Up, Get Dirty, Get Wet, Xtreme High and Cool Down. Winners can choose from activities ranging from yoga, belly dancing, personal training, kickboxing, or meeting with a nutritionist for a consultation in the Warm Up category; motocross, airsoft, horseback riding, paintball or skateboarding in the Get Dirty category; surfing, scuba diving or Xtreme water adventures in the Get Wet category; skydiving in the Get High category; and snowboarding, skiing or tubing in the Cool Down category.
